RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Kindly note all purchases made through PANDA EYES are final and there are NO returns, refunds & exchanges.

Exchange is only allowed for defective items or errors coming from us. Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items within 5 days from the postage date.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received.

No exchange of item/size/colours is allowed once you have placed your order and payment has been made. No cash refund or exchange of item on not suitable, not match, or change of mind situation. Orders cannot be canceled once it is being placed and processed. We will not entertain any return, refund & exchange.

All used points are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. If you return an item on which you have used points on, you will not get replacement points as points are for one-time use only.
